I make the backgrounds myself, and some parts of the overlay are made by me, but the splatter is a texture :3

turns out I actually eat this stuff everynow and then its good... "quorn" is made out of it, which is basically a good-tasting fake meat kinda substance which they sell alot in the UK... bleh
but anyway brilliant flash, i really liked the colours and the different images and little thingies you put all the way throughout it, the ending text-song thingy.

really cool flash dude. you can tell you put effort into every scene and every drawing. really cool concept, fits well with the song, and i bet loads of animators here can relate to the scenario... personally i've never left the little room yet, and that guys little room is way bigger than mine, but anyway.. xDD
you did awesome with the emotions and motions, and the style is just really cool. very good use of blur and stuff like that, it all integrates really well. I really liked the "coffee" transition you used, I only noticed it on the second play through, but it was great. dunno what more to say really, very cool flash, the intro and ending were great how they blended into the whole thing. look forward to seeing more!

beautiful colours and artwork. really beautiful. and i loved your preloader, hahaha. thats the kind of thing new designer people are all over I think. anyway, shame there wasn't anymore to it, but i had fun clicking around and seeing all the crazy colours. the drawings were just really cool

I loved it, it was just fucking awesome. Really cool idea and such a weird moody style. The animations are really fluid and it really does seem like the characters all got together and "performed". I watched it a couple of times through and will be sure to watch it much more.
I guess my only crit would be the guy on the left who has a sort of bread/cymbal kind of head, I couldn't really follow his "sound" as well as the rest. But that might just be me.
Yeah seeing your pinknose tank logo always makes me think "yay this guy again".

ha thanks dude. i loved your Snowbot vid and i added it to my favorites. i also downloaded the song. it really calms me. ha you're the only one of these reviewers that thought it took a while to get to the punchline. they were all complaining that it was too short! but thanks again for the review and keep up the good work on your cartoons.

really nice work! I saw your review of snowbot so I came to check out your flash, really nicely done! cool mood, i like how its dark and gloomy yet with nice music and it goes on to becoming cosy and so...
its funny because i got my sister a wacom tablet for xmas and we've been playing with artrage which comes with it. really good job mixing the paintings into the flash

Hey, thanks for the review. The version of ArtRage that you got with your tablet is probably not the full version, but a limited one called "Ink Art" (according to Wikipedia, anyway).

Although I managed to create some nice paintings even with the free version which only has one layer, using the mouse. It's a great little program that's full of surprises.

Maybe I should've mentioned somewhere that the tablet I used was a PF1209-PRO. It's Chinese-made and not as good quality as the Wacoms, but the features are almost as nice and the price is much more affordable (though they sell it now for $100 more than when I bought it). It's served me well over the past year and a half, anyway.
